Viewing Charge Data from the Patient List
View a how-to video on Viewing Charges (including from the Patient List module)When the Charge Status column is enabled, the right-hand column of the Patient List screen shows the status of charge transactions for the patients on the patient list, using a series of icons, as in this example: 
. The column contains between one and seven icons, representing the last one to seven days in chronological order. The most recent date, today, is on the far right. The number of days displayed depends on a setting in your user profile; the default setting is three days.

> Charges, and then set Show Charge Status to ON.

Icon | Meaning |
|---|---|
Empty circle  | Neither you, nor any provider whose charges you are authorized to view, has yet entered a charge for this date. |
Half filled circle  | There is more than one visit for this date, and at least one of them has had charges entered. |
Filled circle  | You, or another provider, have already entered a charge transaction for this date. If there is more than one visit for this date, all of them have had charges entered. |
Dotted circle  | You, or another provider, have entered a draft charge. |
Dash  | No charge is expected because the patient has no visits for this date. |
